      This is a slightly modified version of Lester Walker's Courthouse from Block Building for Children.  This inspirational book (available elsewhere on the site) has long been our favorite book about blocks and shows many projects (including a variant of this one) that kids can build with the Beginner W Set.  If you have the book, be sure to look for this set in the Medium Sets as it has all of the items mentioned or used in the book as well as the additional pieces.
