Kiln Dried Hardwood Cubes for Crafts
The kiln dried, hardwood craft parts on this page are intended for crafts, artistic purposes, and other uses. Craft Cubes are smooth, unfinished cubes. They are not sold as toys and do not meet the conditions of CPSIA for toys. They have no coatings whatsoever and no chemicals are used in their manufacture, but some may be unsuitable for children due to size.
They are made of a variety of domestic hardwoods but may be Maple, Birch, Ash, Poplar, Basswood or Oak. The color may vary between and within species. They have crisp corners and edges (they are not chamfered or rounded on the edges). Craft parts are made in large quantities, and customers should anticipate some defective parts, particularly in smaller sizes, and compensate accordingly when requiring specific numbers. The smaller sizes are weighed, not counted, and amounts may vary from the number ordered. Think "grapes." Persons purchasing craft parts for various projects should be aware that they may require some sanding, smoothing or other finishing for many projects. We do not warrant their use for any particular purpose.
